TRAIN WHISTLES!!!!!

The whistles are getting worse, later at night and louder.  They are going on forever, constantly, and are very close to rising to the level of constituting a public nuisance.  Residents of our towns should not have to tolerate this.  Wherever the train is going, I don't think a whistle is needed to let them know the train is on the way.  Hopefully, in 2013 this can be known. At a minimum, new residents should be warned of this public nuisance.
