Alleged Franconia Scrap Metal Thieves Arraigned on Felony Burglary Charges

Alexander Gwozdz, 26, of Telford and Jacqueline Wolf, 19, of Aston, were arraigned last week on felony burglary charges in Souderton District Court. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Elijah Neuman, 24, of Souderton.

Two men and one woman were charged last week on felony burglary and other charges for allegedly stealing scrap metal from Good Plumbing and HVAC in Souderton, C&C Heating and Air Conditioning in Franconia and I.T. Landes in Lower Salford in a one-night spree, according to The Reporter.

The alleged thieves targeted the HVAC businesses using Google and the search terms "Commercial and plumbing HVAC," per reports.

Two of the alleged culprits—Alexander Brace Gwozdz, 26, of Valley Drive, Telford, and Jacqueline Nicole Wolf, 19, of Bishop Drive, Aston, PA—were arraigned on burglary, conspiracy and criminal trespassing charges Oct. 24, per reports.

The third alleged thief—Elijah Jacob Neuman, 24, of Souderton—has a warrant out for his arrest and was not in custody as of Tuesday afternoon, per reports.
