Armed Robbery Hearing Continued Due to Absence of Co-Defendant

Diep Thi Luu, the sister of one co-defendant and the girlfriend of a second co-defendant in an armed robbery incident in Montgomery Township, failed to appear a second time to testify at a preliminary hearing Thursday in Montgomeryville

A pregnant co-defendant in a Montgomery Township armed robbery case — who is also the sister of a second co-defendant and girlfriend of a third co-defendant— failed to appear a second time at the court of District Judge Andrea Duffy in Montgomeryville on Thursday to testify as an eyewitness in her alleged role in the robbery, according to Dan Sokil of The Reporter.

Diep Thi Luu is the sister of suspect Pau Chau, of Philadelphia, and the girlfriend of Cleveland Ford Jr., with whom she has a child.

According to the article, Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney Teresa Kibelstis asked for a continuance due to the absence of Luu.
