Attempted Child Luring Reported in Hatfield Borough
Police are investigating an attempted luring on Wheatfield Circle involving a red or maroon van.
An attempted child luring took place Monday morning in Hatfield Borough, according to The Reporter.
Around 10 a.m. Monday, a 9-year-old boy was on his bike on Wheatfield Circle, when a red or maroon work van pulled up next to him, per reports. The occupant of the van demanded the boy get in, police said. The boy fled on his bike and the van left the area.
The driver of the van is described as a man in his 30s with salt-and-pepper goatee, per the article. The van has damage to its driver's side fender, per reports.
