Bank Robbery at Knapp Road Giant, Robber Has Acne Scars, Police Say

No one was injured in the robbery of Citizens Bank inside Giant Food Store in Montgomery Township Wednesday afternoon. Police are seeking a white male in his 20s, who has a bad facial complexion and who was wearing a North Face jacket.

Montgomery Township Police are looking for a bank robber with a bad complexion.

Montgomery Township Police said the robber in Wednesday afternoon's bank robbery of Citizens Bank inside Giant Food Store at 1201 Knapp Road is described as a white male in his early 20s, with brown hair, 5-foot-7, 140 pounds with a slender build.

The robber was wearing blue jeans, white sneakers and a black North Face jacket with a black hooded sweatshirt pulled up over his head, police said.

He has a poor complexion with acne scars on his face, police said.

The bank was robbed around 12:18 p.m.

Police said the man acted alone. He approached the teller at the counter and demanded money, police said. He implied he had a weapon, police said, but nothing was shown to the teller.

The man fled with an undisclosed amount of cash via the south exit doors, police said.
