Chalfont Men Charged With DUI in Hilltown Township Accidents

David Park, 44, of Myers Road, and Harry Mangin, 24, of Orchard Road, were charged with DUI in separate incidents.

Two Chalfont men were charged with DUI by Hilltown Township Police in separate incidents, as reported to the press on Sunday.
On Aug. 7, at 10:17 p.m., Hilltown Police responded to Diamond Street and Schultz Road for a one-car crash, police said.
Investigation determined the driver, Harry Wayne Mangin, 24, of the 100 block of Orchard Road, Chalfont, allegedly failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, police said.
Police said Mangin showed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. Mangin was arrested and taken for a blood test to determine BAC, police said.
Blood test results showed a BAC of 0.194 percent, police said. Mangin was charged with DUI, police said.
In a separate incident on Sept. 1, Hilltown Police responded at 7:07 p.m. to the 2000 block of Hilltown Pike for a two-car accident in a parking lot.
One of the drivers was identified as David Park, 44, of the 800 block of Myers Road, Chalfont, police said.
Park was impaired and failed field sobriety tests, police said. Park was arrested and taken for blood testing to determine BAC, police said.
Blood tests results showed a BAC of 0.122 percent, police said. Park was charged with DUI, police said.
