A Collegeville man was airlifted from the scene of a vehicle crash on Bustard Road in Worcester, after his motorcycle struck a vehicle, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

Anthony Williams, 44, was driving a 2008 Suzuki GSX R750 south on Bustard Road just before 7 p.m. on April 9 when Maria Richardson, 54, of Harleysville, attempted to make a left turn onto Bustard Road from Fry Road, police said.

Unable to stop in time for Richardson to turn, Williams fell from his motorcycle and struck a side panel of Richardson’s vehicle, according to police.

Williams, who was wearing a helmet, was airlifted to Abington Hospital. Lansdale EMS and Worcester Fire Co. assisted at the scene.

At this time, there have been no charges filed in relation to the accident.
