DUI Checkpoint in Hatfield This Week
The checkpoint is in area identified as a location where alcohol is a factor.
The North Penn DUI Enforcement Team will conduct a sobriety checkpoint this week on Cowpath Road in Hatfield Township, according to Hatfield Township Police.
Police said the effort is to identify and remove impaired drivers from the roadway.
Police said the location is an area where alcohol has been a signficant factor.

Police will also check for proper child restraint systems, unlicensed or suspended drivers, proof of insurance, proper vehicle registration, improper vehicle equipment and other traffic violations, police said.
