Felony Assault Charges for Juvenile in Madison Lot Stabbing

The incident occurred Monday night in Madison Parking Lot over an alleged debt.

A 17-year-old boy from Lansdale faces nine charges in Montgomery County court for his alleged role in a stabbing May 6 in Madison Parking Lot.

The teen is charged with first-degree felony aggravated assault, second-degree aggravated assault, felony criminal attempted aggravated assault, three counts of misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor reckless endangerment, misdemeanor use of an offensive weapon, and harassment, according to court records.

The teen remains incarcerated at Montgomery County prison on $25,000 bail, according to prison records.

The youth was arraigned May 7 before District Judge Francis Lawrence Jr. A preliminary hearing is set for May 13 at 8 a.m. before District Judge Harold Borek.
