Hatfield Man Sold Weed Outside Towamencin Wawa, 39 Grams Seized: Police

Md All Rabby Toukir, 20, of Elroy Road, was allegedly found with 39 grams of marijuana outside the Wawa at 200 Forty Foot Road.

A Hatfield Township man was arrested and charged with felony drug charges for allegedly selling marijuana outside the Wawa at 200 Forty Foot Road, police said.
Md All Rabby Toukir, 20, of the 2600 block of Elroy Road, was the subject of surveillance by police on Sept. 6 at 6 p.m., police said. Police said the surveillance was the result of an ongoing investigation of an individual allegedly distributing marijuana outside Wawa.
At 6:38 p.m., Towamencin officers saw Toukir allegedly conduct a drug transaction, police said.
Officers swooped in and seized 39 grams of marijuana, a smoking device, vodka and several digital scales, police said. 
Toukir was taken into custody and later charged with felony possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, receipt in commerce of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and purchase, possession, or transportation of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, police said.
Toukir was arraigned by District Judge Karen Zucker and he was sent to Montgomery County prison in lieu of 10 percent of $10,000 bail, police said.
