A Lansdale man is free on $15,000 bail after allegedly stealing baby formula from the Collegeville Wegmans and then leading police on a high-speed chase on Route 422, per the Pottstown Mercury.
Christopher Huck, 39, was captured on surveillance camera allegedly stealing $332 worth of baby formula by placing it in a bag on the afternoon of Jan. 6, and then leaving the store without paying, per reports. He then fled in a red Jeep, police said.
An officer witnessed Huck allegedly speeding through the parking lot and running a red light as he merged onto eastbound Route 433 from Route 29, per the report.

Sadto think he may have needed it for a baby. Times are hard, but there are places to get help.

Uh, 1 or 2 bottles of formula maybe, but this guy stole $300 worth. Believe it or not, there actually is a black market for this stuff. The other item that gets stolen quite often and resold is laundry detergent. What I can't believe is that the police actually endangered people on 422 with a 30 minute high speed chase, when all they needed to do was get his plates, run them through the DMV and track him down at his home or work. No one needs to die over $300...

Criminals always properly register their vehicles DOPE?

Hey dumb ass, its called detective work. Even if the car is stolen they can at least trace it to the original owner and go from there. I know DOPE'S like you lack critical thinking & problem solving skills, so I guess that's why you decided to blurt out yet another one of your stupid comments. Please get a life and just screw off, your DOPEY banter is getting old...
