Lansdale Man Steals Formula from Collegeville Wegmans, Leads Police on Rt. 422 Chase: Cops

Christopher Huck, 39, led three police cars on a high-speed chase for 30 minutes, police said.

A Lansdale man is free on $15,000 bail after allegedly stealing baby formula from the Collegeville Wegmans and then leading police on a high-speed chase on Route 422, per the Pottstown Mercury.
Christopher Huck, 39, was captured on surveillance camera allegedly stealing $332 worth of baby formula by placing it in a bag on the afternoon of Jan. 6, and then leaving the store without paying, per reports. He then fled in a red Jeep, police said.
An officer witnessed Huck allegedly speeding through the parking lot and running a red light as he merged onto eastbound Route 433 from Route 29, per the report.
After a 30-minute chase by three police cars, Huck's Jeep skidded out on the shoulder, police said. Police approached Huck with guns drawn, but then holstered weapons after he became cooperative, per the report.
