Hatfield Man Wanted by Police
Damien Simpson, 27, is wanted by Lansdale police and Montgomery County Adult Probation.
Police are searching for a Lansdale man wanted by police and Montgomery County Adult Probation on two active warrants.
Damien Simpson, 27, was recently seen, and may be staying in, the Wedgewood/Andover development off Moyers Road in Lansdale, police said.
Simpson is 5 feet 8 inches tall and 175 pounds, with blue eyes and short brown hair.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Department lists two active bench warrants for Simpson, both issued Sept. 9, 2010.
Both warrants list Simpson's address as 1380 Fairgrounds Road, Hatfield.

Both warrants are listed as inactive on the county sheriff's website.
One warrant was filed Jan. 22, 2009. It is from a Lansdale arrest on Nov. 13, 2008, where Simpson was charged with two misdemeanors: false identification to a police officer and resisting arrest.
Both charges were waived to court on Jan. 15, 2009, and arraignment was waived March 12, 2009.
According to the dispostion, Simpson pleaded guilty and was sentenced to one-year probation and jail time. He was eligible for work release.
A bench warrant parole violation was issued Oct. 5, 2009. He pleaded guilty a second time March 12, 2010. A second bench warrant parole violation was issued Sept. 14, 2010.
In a previous incident, Simpson was arrested in Montgomery Township Dec. 9, 2006 for intentionally possessing a controlled substance, according to an affidavit.
Simpson pleaded guilty April 5, 2007, and received one year probation, according to an affidavit.
A bench warrant parole violation was issued Nov. 20, 2007. Simpson pleaded guilty Jan. 5, 2009 and spent 54 days in jail, according to an affidavit.
A second bench warrant for parole violation was issued Oct. 5, 2009. Simpson pleaded guilty March 12, 2010 and spent 96 days in prison, according to an affidavit.
A third bench warrant for parole violation was issued Sept. 14, 2010, according to an affidavit.
