Lansdale Statutory Rapist Heads Back to Jail for Violating Parole, Probation

Erica Lyn Dillon, 34, a registered Pennsylvania sex offender, was ordered back to Montgomery County prison for violating her parole and probation on a September 2010 conviction of statutory sexual assault and corruption of a minor.

Pennsylvania Megan's Law sex offender Erica Lynn Dillon, 34, of Lansdale, a 1998 North Penn graduate and former Special Olympian, is heading back to prison for 17 months for violating her parole and probation by refusing to undergo psychological and psychiatric counseling, by smoking marijuana and by failing to pay fines.
According to Montgomery Newspapers, Dillon must also serve five years' probation after admitting to her parole violation.
Dillon was sentenced to a maximum of 23 months in prison in September 2010 after pleading guilty to felony statutory sexual assault and corruption of a minor for engaging in sexual acts with a 4-year-old girl and 14-year-old boy in her Walnut Street apartment in April 2010.
At the time of the statutory sexual assault, Dillon was awaiting sentencing on a separate indecent sexual contact with a 5-year-old female family member in 2002.
In the April 2010 incident, Dillon's live-in boyfriend, Antonio Marano, 28, watched Dillon have sex with the teenager. The teen had visited the home to visit Marano, his former neighbor.
Dillon also had sex with the teenager a second time, which was revealed when the teenager's mother went to Dillon's home to confront her about the incident.
