Money Taken in Lansdale Vehicle Remarketing Burglary

Lansdale Police said two people, including a woman, took part in a May 28 burglary at the West Fifth Street business. Police are attempting to identify the two burglars caught on surveillance cameras.

Two people were caught on surveillance cameras burglarizing Saldutti Vehicle Remarketing on West Fifth Street in Lansdale last week, and police are attempting to identify the criminals.

Saldutti Vehicle Remarketing on the 200 block of West Fifth Street in Lansdale was the target for a crime a third time on May 28. 

Police said officers responded to an alarm call May 28 at 7:30 p.m.

Through video surveillance, two individuals were seen approaching the business from the east side of the parking lot and then entering the business by breaking out a window on a door, police said.

Money was taken before the suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival, police said.  One of the suspects appears to be a female.

In February 2013, numerous cars were vandalized in the parking lot of Saldutti Vehicle Remarketing. A $5,000 reward is being offered for conviction of the vandals.

In July 2011, a man attempted to steal a vehicle from the parking lot in front of police officers.
