Underage Sexual Assault Charges Held Against Montgomery Man

Thomas Tucci Jr., 36, of Cricklewood Circle, is accused of giving a minor female marijuana and Percocet, and then sexually assaulting her in his home.

A Montgomery Township man, who allegedly sexually assaulted a minor girl in his home and gave her marijuana and Percocet, which caused unconsciousness, waived his preliminary hearing Thursday morning in Montgomeryville district court, according to Mike Goldberg of The Reporter.

Thomas A. Tucci Jr., 36, of the 200 block of Cricklewood Circle, faces a felony count of corruption of minors, two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count of indecent assault and one misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of children, according to court records.

Goldberg reported that Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney Samantha Cauffman withdrew a misdemeanor charge of reckless endangerment, in exchange for the waiver.
