Montgomery Township Masturbator Suspect Free on Bail

Alvin B. Rosenberger III, 44, allegedly masturbated on five occasions outside a home on North Line Street

The Reporter Online reported that a Montgomery Township man is free on $10,000 unsecured bail following a preliminary hearing Monday on charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

Alvin B. Rosenberger III, 44, was arrested May 17 and charged with five counts of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct for allegedly masturbating in plain view, while staring directly at the woman’s house in the 1600 block of North Line Street, according to The Reporter.

The article stated that the affidavit of probable cause outlines how Rosenberger allegedly stood in and exposed himself in a tree-lined area of North Line Street that separated the victim's backyard from his property.

According to the affidavit:

“The actor ... would look directly at the victim’s home, making sure she was at the window when he engaged in his lewd and offensive conduct."

According to the article, Montgomery Township Police said there was one occasion where Rosenberger was seen by the victim, but he only allegedly made an obsence gesture in her direction.
