Police Seek Help in Identifying Train Victim

The white male is about 50 to 55 years old, wearing a wedding ring

Lansdale Borough Police are asking for help in identifying the victim who died Friday morning after being hit by a SEPTA train.

Police said the victim is a white male, about 50 to 55 years old, balding with gray hair.

He was dressed in running or workout clothing and was wearing a wedding ring, but had no identification.

He was also wearing light-colored Asics running sneakers.

The victim was transported to Montgomery County Coroner's Office for identification and to determine cause of death.

The victim had been seen on the tracks by the train operator prior to the incident. The operator could not stop the train in time, police said.
