Police Seek Woman in Alleged Groceries Theft

Police said the woman stole about $500 worth of groceries from Acme in Towamencin

Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a woman in a surveillance video who reportedly stole $500 worth of groceries from Acme Market at 1150 W. Main St.

Polcie said the female was captured on video at 12:45 p.m. Oct. 17.

Police said a white or Hispanic male in his 30s was involved in the theft, driving a blue passenger car.

When confronted by a store employee, the pair fled in the vehicle west on W. Main Street, police said.
