Jon M. Cousin, 30, of Chalfont, the officer , will head to a preliminary hearing in Bucks County on September 6.
According to Bucks County Department of Corrections, Cousin remains in jail as of Wednesday in lieu of 10 percent of $150,000 bail.
Cousin is charged with the following misdemeanors:
- False Alarm to an Agency of Public Safety
- Two counts of Possessing an Instrument of Crime with Intent
- False Reports Where the Offense Did Not Occur
- Recklessly Endangering Another Person
- Disorderly Conduct
Cousin will face a preliminary hearing before District Judge William Benz in Richboro, PA at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 6, according to court records.
