Teen Girls Witness Masturbating Man at SEPTA Lot

The man was driving a black pickup with a tan stripe, who followed the girls to the rear lot of the SEPTA parking lot in Lansdale

The serial masturbator strikes again.

Lansdale Police said two 16-year-old girls were followed by a man in a black pickup truck to the rear lot of the SEPTA station, where he got out of the car and proceeded to masturbate in front of them.

At 7:10 p.m. April 20, police responded to the area of the SEPTA train lot at 101 W. Main St. for a report of indecent exposure.

The girls told police they were walking through the lot when they noticed a black pickup truck with a tan stripe, possibly a Ford, slowly following them, police said.

When the girls reached the rear lot, the truck stopped, police said.

A white male in his mid-20s or early-30s, wearing blue jean shorts, a blue shirt and a dark-colored baseball cap exited the truck, police said.

The man then lowered his shorts and exposed himself. He then began masturbating, police said.

The driver then quickly got back into the truck and backed away at a high rate of speed when the girls attempted to get a license plate number, police said.

The truck was last seen leaving the SEPTA lot via the Main Street exit.
