Terroristic Threats, Resisting Arrest Held Against Lansdale Man

Gerald Strohl Jr., 41, of North Richardson Avenue, allegedly had the North Penn Tactical Response Team respond to his home in September during a domestic incident.

A North Richardson Avenue man whose alleged domestic incident in September required the North Penn Tactical Response Team to be dispatched waived his preliminary hearing in Lansdale District Court this week.
With the waiver, prosecutors withdrew a reckless endangerment and a disorderly conduct charge, per The Reporter, against Gerald Milton Strohl Jr., 41. Charges of terroristic threats and resisting arrest remain against Strohl as he heads to trial.
