Towamencin Man Stood Naked in Doorway, Showed Genitals to Children, Police Say

A Towamencin man was charged with indecent exposure and later released on $5,000 unsecured bail for allegedly showing off his genitals to children as he stood naked in a doorway of his apartment, police said.

Thomas Paul Clifford, 60, of Main Street Apartments, 1158 W. Main St., Towamencin, allegedly was standing naked in his doorway at 9:16 a.m. Wednesday, police said.

Police said it was reported that Clifford had been standing naked and was visible to several juveniles in the parking lot, according to Towamencin Township Police.

The juveniles reported the incident to an adult, who also observed Clifford naked and pointing to his genitals, police said.

The adult confronted Clifford and then contacted police.
