At his client's arraignment Friday morning, Tim Woodward said Ronald "Ken" Nolan was "deeply regretful" for his alleged actions. “If my client has any assets, he is prepared to do “what he has to do to make restitution,” Woodward told The Reporter and other news outlets Friday morning. Woodward said Nolan knows he let down those who trusted him and those who volunteer for the fire department and public safety.
