Treasurer Accused of Pilfering Funds From Upper Gwynedd Fire Co. 'Regretful'

Ronald "Ken" Nolan is accused of stealing nearly $250,000 over six years from the coffers of Upper Gwynedd Township Fire Department.

At his client's arraignment Friday morning, Tim Woodward said Ronald "Ken" Nolan was "deeply regretful" for his alleged actions.
“If my client has any assets, he is prepared to do “what he has to do to make restitution,” Woodward told The Reporter and other news outlets Friday morning.
Woodward said Nolan knows he let down those who trusted him and those who volunteer for the fire department and public safety.
Nolan's bail has been set at 10 percent of $100,000, per District Judge Robert Sobeck in Blue Bell.
