During the search, detectives smelled marijuana and saw a marijuana pipe; this led police to apply for a second search warrant specifically for narcotics, police said. Judge Andrea Duffy of Montgomery Township District Court issued the warrant, police said.

During the search, police recovered a can with a false bottom, containing seven grams of suspected cocaine, police said. The search also uncovered scales, packaging bags, marijuana pipes, marijuana, three vials of suspected PCP, four suspected Xanax pills and $1,460 in cash, police said.

Cristea has been issued an arrest warrant charging him with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, four misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, and four misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Cristea has since abandoned his apartment, police said.

Cristea also goes by Frank Ingouman, according to court records.

Cristea is awaiting trial in Montgomery County court on three felony manufacture with intent to deliver charges and four drug-related misdemeanor charges from a November 2011 arrest by Pennsylvania State Police Bethlehem barracks, according to court records.
