Woman Robs Money from Salvation Army Safe: Police

A woman wearing a black sweatshirt, work pants and white sneakers forced two employees into an office at the end of the business day, police said.

Montgomery Township Police are investigating a robbery at the Salvation Army Thrift Store on Bethlehem Pike Monday night, in which two employees were forced into an office by a woman, who then stole money from a safe, police said.
Police said at 8:30 p.m. Monday, the two employees were locking up the store at the end of the day, when they were forced into a back office by an unidentified woman.
The woman was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black work pants and white sneakers, police said.
After forcing the employees into the back office, she stole money from the safe, police said. 
The robber threatened the employees during the robbery, but never displayed a gun, police said. 
Police said there was a male accomplice, but he was not seen by the employees.
