Andrew Sung, 20, of the 100 block of Warwick Way, Montgomery Township, received a maximum 23 months in prison — with credit for one-month served — during a sentencing in Montgomery County Court, according to Peg Gibbons of The Intelligencer.

Sung wielded a baseball bat during a residential marijuana robbery on the 100 block of Rose Twig Lane, Montgomery Township, in June 2011, according to the article.

Sung’s accomplice in the robbery — John Yoon, 20, of the first block of Whitemarsh Lane, Hatfield Township — is sitting in prison on a 23-month-maximum sentence after pleading guilty to three robberies in Summer 2012, according to the article.

Sung and Yoon entered the home on Rose Twig Lane, with the former carrying a bat and the latter was masked and carrying an 8-inch knife, according to the article.

Yoon threatened to slash the throat of one of the two residents if they did not give them marijuana stashed at the home, according to the article.
