Chick-Fil-A Coming to Old K&G Site on Bethlehem Pike

In addition to a 4,800-square-foot restaurant, there will be a 5,800-square-foot restaurant and retail space also constructed on the site in front of Montgomery Mall in Montgomery Township.

Montgomery Township Supervisors signed off on a proposed land development for a 4,800-square-foot Chick-Fil-A and a 5,800-square-foot second restaurant/retail store at the vacant K&G Men's Superstore site on Bethlehem Pike in front of Montgomery Mall and across from Airport Square Shopping Center.
According to The Reporter, development will be on 2.3 acres over two lots at 794 and 798 Bethlehem Pike. The existing former K&G building will be demolished and old fuel tanks on the site will be removed, per the report.
