Incumbent Harper Leading in District 61 Race
Republican Kate Harper is being challenged by Democrat Jo White
With about 64 percent of precincts reporting, incumbent Republican Kate Harper of the 61st Pennsylvania General Assembly District is leading Democratic challenger Jo White.
According to Montgomery County unofficial results, Harper has 12,966 votes to White's 9,280 votes.
