BREAKING: Corbett Finally Signs Budget

Do You Have Questions for Obama and Romney in the Next Presidential Debate?

If you have a question for the candidates, submit it in the comments section below and it could be asked during the televised Oct. 16 Town Hall Presidential Debate.

If last Wednesday’s presidential debate left you with more questions than answers, here’s your chance for the presidential candidates to address the issues that matter most to you.

The next debate will be a town hall meeting format at Hofstra University in Long Island where voters will ask President Obama and Governor Mitt Romney about domestic and foreign policy.

Patch is asking you, our Montgomery County readers, to participate by submitting questions for the candidates.

All you have to do is post your question in the comments section below and we’ll send it to the Commission on Presidential Debates. The Commission is partnering with Patch's parent company, Aol, along with Google and Yahoo, to take questions from internet users across the country.

Don’t wait until Nov. 6 to have a say in this year’s election. Share your thoughts in the comments!

Besides all the heavy duty questions, I'd like to see Mr. Obama's college transcipts, etc.

Mr. President, During your first two years, you had a Democrat congress and since Americans were in dire straights without jobs, why did you not make putting people to work a 'real' priority?

It's funny because that is what I would ask of Obama. Why do you lie every time you open your mouth? Remember when you said there are no blue states or red states? Obama has certainly dropped the ball there. He is the most divisive President ever! Remember when Obama mentioned the national debt and vowed he would be a 1 term President if he didn't cut the debt in half by the end of his term? - Oh another lie! Remember how "un-American" it was to run up the debt? Well, Obama has at least tripled it! My question to Obama would be: "Why, now do you avoid talking about the real issues, such as our debt, economy, national security - you know, the stuff that actually effects us as Americans. It's obvious you haven't been doing your job if all you can come up with to fight back is "big bird" when our embassies are burning.

October is anti-bullying month. Why is okay for politicians, including both off you, to bully Americans by using fear tactics in your ads and propaganda? Many of the ads run all day long are not child-appropriate, speaking of abortion and scarring kids too. What will you do as President to change this trend-better yet what are you willing to do in the next 2 1/2 weeks to make this better? Stop scaring our kids and elderly. Angie

The President is giving seniors 1.7 percent raise in January 2013, but he is turning around and the medicare premiums are going up, so he is not doing or giving seniors anything. He made the seniors suffer for the first 3 years of his term, then in 2012 he gave us a raise in hopeing the seniors would vote for him. Good luck on getting my vorte.
