First come, first serve. 

Diabetics on Medicare may receive one pair of shoes and inserts per year.  Your first visit includes an evaluation and foot measurement.  Bring your Medicare and supplemental insurance cards, as well as the name and telephone number of your primary care physician to your appointment.
