While the 22nd annual International Spring Festival brings its multicultural flair to North Penn High School on April 20, the kickoff event Thursday at Christopher Dock Mennonite High School previewed what to expect at the ethnic and cultural celebration in diversity.
Planning Committee Co-Chair Tom Meyer told The Reporter that the kickoff event lets sponsors know that the festival is happening again, and lets new sponsors and new volunteers sign on for a chance to be part of the festival.
