North Penn Beats Gwynedd Mercy 47-33 in Girls Basketball
The Maidens faced Gwynedd Mercy Academy at the Coaches vs. Cancer Tournament Final Saturday.
North Penn Maidens were the dominant force Saturday at the third annual Lady Knights Coaches vs. Cancer Tournament Final against Gwynedd Mercy Academy, coming out on top with a 47-33 victory, according to The Reporter.
Standout Maidens included Vicky Tumasz, Mikaela Giuliani and Erin Maher, per the report. Tumasz had a 15-point game and Giuliani racked up seven rebounds. Other standout Maidens were Sam Carangi, Irisa Ye and Jess Huber.
The Maidens are now 2-0.
