North Penn Trumps Quakertown For Second Conference Win
North Penn pulled out a 28-7 win over Quakertown, thanks to standout plays from quarterback Austin Shearer, Nyfease West and Michael Liddy.
North Penn Knights grabbed its second straight Suburban One League Continental Conference win Friday night in a 28-7 win over Quakertown.
The Knights racked up 21 points on the board in the second quarter, per The Reporter.
Knights quarterback Austin Shearer ran a 50-yard touchdown in the third quarter. North Penn's Nyfease West was another standout, running for 138 yards and a touchdown, per the report. Michael Liddy was another standout Knight, snatching the ball from Quakertown for two interceptions.
North Penn is tied for first in its conference (2-0) with Central Bucks South and Central Bucks West.
