What Bucks County is Suppose To Do.

Timely Permanence • The Agency’s Concurrent Planning Review (CPR) Team meets weekly to discuss placement cases and permanency options for youth in care. Each youth is reviewed a minimum of once every three months. These reviews are attended by Agency staff as well stakeholders including service providers, Guardian Ad Litem and representatives from other service systems involved with the youth. The Agency recognizes the need for improvement in permanency for youth in care over 12 months. A recent review was conducted by Management, Supervisory and line staff for each youth who has been in care over 12 Bucks County  Narrative Template 15 OCYF Needs Based Plan and Budget, 2011-2012 months. Permanency options and barriers to permanency were identified with the anticipation that timely permanency will be achieved.
What Bucks really does and What happened to Us: All 3 children were with us almost 2 years to the date. They came to us Oct 17th 2011 and left Oct 8th 2013. There was no over night no unsupervised visits. None of the Bucks County workers wanted to return then home. What I was told is that the lawyers did not want to deal with the case anymore and that they did not believe the 5 year old that said she was sexually abused. But everyone has to remember that the bio-grandmother called Bucks County the summer of 2011 and said that the step-father would abuse the child at that time 3 years of age. Also I was forced to go to therapy and if I didnt go they would remove the girls, the Bucks County worker said I seem to show that I did not believe the abuse was as bad as the child reported. So I went after weeks of the worker bugging to go. This can be verified by the therapist. The worker also stated that everything the child told them  at NOVA they found in the child home. So if you are told over and over again for 2 years that the home is bad and he is a creep would you not be scared for the children. There were time when I myself told the worker that the father was more connected with the children. You know what I was told. "Well Kathy that is how perps act". So Why did Bucks lets these children return. I really do not know. One worker told me its because the father was illegal and they do not want to fight that in court, another told me its because our new worker was not the best and she is behind on paper work and one even stated that its all about money. I do know that many laws were bent in our case and now Bucks County Children and Youth is acting like I never worked with them.  So if all the people involved in this case can go to bed knowing what they told us and if what they said is true then they are bigger monster then the abuser. The workers are to protect and what they just did was feed the monster.
