This is by far the worst managed complex I have ever rented from. Units have endless maintenance issues that management refuses to properly handle. I have had for OVER A YEAR, squirrels living in the attic space of my unit. The units are old and run down, and management does not care to invest the money to keep them functioning properly. The cost of utilities is shared among residents, so even if you care enough to take shorter showers or turn the heat down to save money, you will still pay for your neighbors' utilities.
