Their office is average, nothing special. Initially, Dr. Cianci seems very professional and courtesy, but after he completes your case. Following up with him to get a medical report if you have a injury case in process is a nightmare and impossible. He is not at all cooperative with any attorneys request and asking him to complete a medical report takes at less 8-10 months to complete. Make a client feels like, hey, am done with you, you're not important on my list anymore. Not very professional and courtesy anymore when he's not making money off you now...
