I always get such great service here. I am amazed at what you do for the customer. I can not tell you how surprised I was to come in and get told my car was fully detailed. It looks so beautiful. There are not words to expres my thanks enough!! I will recommend you to as many people as I can.

I had my car in today to Village for inspection after taking my car to the dealer. Dealer said I needed $1600 worth of work. Village checked my car and the whole bill was less than $500. They even showed me digital pictures of what I needed. I feel some much better that my wife and kids will be in a safe car and still have some bucks in my wallet. Thanks Village!!!!!

I've been holding off on a review until I was absolutely sure of what I am writing.
I had my car in several months ago for a check engine light. After diagnosing the engine light, they told me I needed a new mass air flow sensor and it would cost $700. I opted to hold of on the repair since the car was still running ok. I ended up taking it somewhere else for inspection about a month later and figured I'd have them take a look as a second opinion (I didn't say anything about the Village Auto quote). The other shop told me something completely different. Yes, they gave me the same error code as Village Auto but they told me it was due to a PCV hose that was so worn and degraded that it was basically falling apart (they showed it to me and it was just about in 2 pieces; not sure how Village missed it). $76 later, no check engine light and the car is running great for over 4 months. Had I went with Village Auto, I would be down $700 and still have my check engine light to worry about. Be careful what they tell you here; you may want to get a second opinion
