Even if half the facts of the case are proven to be true, it shows the company behaving unethically on many levels. The way MRK treats supervisors in general is poor; they should unionize. I'm no big fan of labor unions, but cases like this are a big reason why they form & have value.

The landlord is also the owner of the family portrait center.
