Man Wanted for Robbing, Smashing Up Gold Exchange

Police have filed charges against Marc Ellison, 42, of Philadelphia, in connection with alleged robbery and vandalism at A&M Gold Exchange in Lansdale. Police need the public's help in locating Ellison

Lansdale Borough Police are aggressively searching for a Philadelphia man charged in connection with an alleged robbery and vandalism of the A&M Gold Exchange on West Main Street in Lansdale on the afternoon of Friday, June 1. Marc Ellison, 42, of the 2300 block of 77th Avenue, is charged with robbery, aggravated assault, theft, receiving stolen property, possessing an instrument of crime, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct, police said. Ellison was identified on video footage from the store as the man responsible for allegedly smashing glass display cases, lamps and a mirror with a tire iron after he came into the store demanding money he belived he was owed, …
