Former Hatfield Resident Has Lifelong Love for Rescue Animals

Linda Kleinert has taken care of rescue animals all her life, and now also helps run the Smile from Jason Foundation.

When you walk into the Kleinert Family home, it’s likely you’ll have an enthusiastic welcome by four smiling faces, five wagging tails and various screeches and squawks by excited creatures donning feathers, scales and—yes—even more tails. “My neighbors refer to me as ‘The Rescue Lady,’” Linda Kleinert said. The Kleinert’s Douglassville home has a warm and cozy feeling to it, with lots of room to move around, which comes in handy considering the home’s many occupants. Brick House Bike Night Supports Justice Rescue

Brick House Tavern and Tap in Willow Grove hosts a very popular Bike Night for motorcycle enthusiasts far and wide. This year, Bike Night participants get a chance to support Justice Rescue, a new pet rescue organization.

The Brick House Tavern and Tap in Willow Grove, kicked off motorcycle season with its first Bike Night event on March 21. The event attracts around 150 motorcycle riders from around the Greater Philadelphia area, and is open to the general community to admire their vehicles. “I want Brick House to be noticeably different, beyond great food and great service,” Jim Kuhn, COO of Brick House Tavern and Tap, said. Kuhn said that the Bike Night is a way for Brick House Tavern to be a unique part of the community, as there are few other recurring motorcycle exhibitions available to the public in the area.
