Police: Lansdale Man Sold Fake Coke to Undercover Cop

Michael Jerome Aye, 25, of East Main Street, waived two felonies and three misdemeanors to Montgomery County court Tuesday in Lansdale.

A Lansdale man who allegedly sold a fake bag of cocaine to an undercover cop for $40 in a Lansdale bar and restaurant bathroom waived two felony drug charges and four misdemeanors to Montgomery County court Tuesday morning. Michael Jerome Aye, 25, of the 400 block of East Main Street, Lansdale, aka Quadier or Q, waived the offenses in person prior to his afternoon preliminary hearing at Lansdale District Court. Aye has been free on $50,000 unsecured bail following his arraignment before District Judge Francis Bernhardt of Conshohocken. Aye is charged with felony selling a non-controlled substance represented as a controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, …

Felony Charges Filed Against BuxCo Men for Hatfield Ice World Locker Thefts

Richard Keczely, 22, of Chalfont, and Thomas Yuknus, 20, of Doylestown, allegedly stole watches, iPhones, iPods, and credit cards from the lockers, police said. They then allegedly used the cards at various retail stores in Bucks and Montgomery counties.

Hatfield Township Police have arrested and charged two Bucks County men with 32 criminal offenses, including felony theft, in connection with nine thefts from lockers at Hatfield Ice World, 350 County Line Road, Hatfield, between October 2012 and March 2013. Richard Keczely, 22, of Chalfont, and Thomas Yuknus, 20, of Doylestown, allegedly stole watches, iPhones, iPods, and credit cards from the lockers, police said. Keczely and Yuknus allegedly used the stolen credit cards at several retail locations in Montgomery and Bucks counties, police said. Lansdale Man Charged with Arson for March Car Fire

Jordan Fiscus, 25, of Lansdale, faces numerous felony and misdemeanor charges for allegedly setting a Ford Focus on fire behind Lansdale Food Mart on Broad Street on March 28.

A Lansdale man is facing six felonies and four misdemeanors for allegedly setting a Ford Focus on fire behind Lansdale Food Mart in the early morning hours of March 28. Jordan Fiscus, 25, of the unit block of East Third Street, has been arrested and charged on Tuesday by Lansdale Police for the 3 a.m. vehicle arson behind U.S. Gas and Food Mart at 291 N. Broad St.  Fiscus faces the following charges at an April 26 preliminary hearing in Lansdale District Court: On March 28 at 3:12 a.m., Lansdale Police, along with members of Fairmount Fire Co. in Lansdale, responded to a car fire behind the Lansdale Food Mart, police said. Lansdale Man Arrested at Gunpoint Following Alleged Burglary

Abington police arrest Anthony Dennis Sr., 36, of Brookside Drive, after he allegedly pried his way into a home late Wednesday morning.

Abington Police said a Lansdale man broke into a home in the Elkins Park section of Abington late Wednesday morning. Police arrested Thomas Anthony Dennis Sr., 36, of the unit block of Brookside Drive, shortly after 11 a.m. after police said a witness saw a man forcing his way into an unoccupied home in the 900 block of Douglass Avenue. According to police, Dennis fled out a back window of the house, climbed a fence and ran into the rear section of the Manor College property. Police chased the suspect, who refused to stop or comply. According to police, Dennis kept reaching into his pocket, forcing the officer to arrest Dennis at gunpoint. Police said Dennis entered the house by prying the front door open with a tire iron. Jonathan Philip Dippold, 30, of Folcroft, PA, was arrested for alleged illegal possession of a stolen firearm and two other felonies after a domestic disturbance call at the Holiday Inn in Towamencin Township

Jonathan Philip Dippold, 30, of the 1000 block of Tayler Drive, Folcroft, PA, was taken into custody by Towamencin Police Feb. 19 for alleged illegal possession of a stolen firearm and two other felonies while at Holiday Inn in Towamencin, police said. Dippold faces charges of felony possession of a firearm by a person prohibited from possessing a firearm, felony carrying a firearm without a license and felony receiving stolen property, according to court records. Dippold has a preliminary hearing set for March 7 at 11:30 a.m. before District Judge Harold Borek in Lansdale. $5,000 Reward Offered for Arrest, Conviction of Lansdale Vandals

The owner of Saldutti's Vehicle Remarketing on West Fifth Street in Lansdale reports 12 windshields were smashed in his lot, causing more than $5,000 in damage

The owner of Saldutti's Vehicle Remarketing at 200 W. Fifth St., Lansdale, is offering a $5,000 reward for an arrest leading to a conviction of the suspect or suspects involved in vandalism of vehicles on his property. According to Tony Saldutti, son of owner Mario Saldutti, 12 vehicles were damaged between 5 p.m. Monday and 1 p.m. Tuesday. The windshields were borken and no other windows or damage to the cars occurred, Saldutti told Alyson D'Alessandro of Limerick Patch. Saldutti estimated damage around $5,000 total. Upper Gwynedd Township Police have arrested a Lansdale man for allegedly brandishing a firearm in the drive-thru of Wendy's at South Broad Street and White's Road. Daniel J. Costello, 22, of West Mount Vernon Street, was charged Sunday with felony carrying a firearm without a license, misdemeanor terroristic threats that caused a serious public inconvenience and disorderly conduct, according to court records. Costello was arraigned before District Judge Deborah Lukens, who set bail at $5,000 cash, according to court records. Costello was remanded to Montgomery County prison in lieu of bail. Lansdale Police have arrested a charged a Montgomery Township man on alleged marijuana dealing charges after a third controlled buy in the borough. Shyeed Shaqu Tournkara, 20, of the 200 block of Cricklewood Circle, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged after a two-month investigation by investigators. Tournkara faces the following offenses: Tournkara remains incarcerated at Montgomery County prison, after failing to post $50,000 cash bail set by District Judge Thomas Palladino of Pottstown at arraignment, police said.
