Here's a breakdown of the most popular books and DVDs checked out from the Lansdale Library since April 1, courtesy of director Tom Meyer and reference librarian Beth Moser. Remember: Residents can sign up for a library card for free. Out-of-borough residents pay $35 a year for membership. Non-residents can also join MCLINC for free. Many libraries in Montgomery County participate in the MCLINC program including Wissahickon (Blue Bell, Ambler), Indian Valley (Telford) and Norristown. Speak to the North Penn Superintendent in a public forum tonight at 7

1. Today is the 100th anniversary of the Girl Scouts of America. 2. North Penn Superintendent Dr. Curtis Dietrich will hold a community forum to discuss the school budget for families, staff and community members at 7 p.m. in the North Penn High School auditorium. Dietrich will give an overview of public education funding and the current financial status of North Penn School District. 3.
