The Facebook group 'Old Images of Montgomery County' featured a few photos of the old mart on Horsham Road in Montgomery Township
Here's a photo of the old entrance to the Montgomeryville Mart, courtesy of Old Images of Montgomery County on Facebook. The mart existed on the site where Home Depot and OfficeMax are located on Horsham Road. It was destroyed by a fire in October 1991, according to this report. PayPal announced this year that shoppers at The Home Depot, Hollister, Foot Locker and Abercrombie & Fitch can now pay with their mobile number and a PIN associated with their PayPal account. Hollister and Foot Locker can be found at Montgomery Mall. The closest Abercrombie & Fitch is at Willow Grove Park Mall. For almost 15 years, people have used PayPal to shop online and on mobile devices. Now, millions of PayPal users worldwide, can also pay securely at their favorite local stores. The new in-store payment system is free of transaction fees for shoppers.
