Lansdale Brewery Receives LCB Approval to Operate as Pub

Round Guys Brewery, located on Wood Street near Courtland Street in Lansdale, is awaiting its license from the county board of health in order to sell food

Round Guys Brewery is one step away from being a full-fledged pub and the new watering hole in Lansdale. And that's no monkey business. Co-owner Scott Rudich announced on the Round Guys Facebook page that the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board gave them approval to operate as a pub. But don't grab a cushy seat and pint glass just yet - they are still awaiting a license to sell food from the Montgomery County Board of Health. "Once we have a pub permit, we can sell pints all the time. We can also sell wines made by Pennsylvania wineries," said Rudich.  "We are really excited to get our pub license, but we need to get the board of health approval first," said Rudich. N.Y. man charged in hit-and-run death of Sellersville motorcyclist Thursday morning

Terry Kriebel, of Sellersville, was killed when he was hit by Ernest Cohens, of New York, whose license was suspended. Cohens covered up Kriebel's body and drove away from the scene at Bethlehem Pike and Sterling Drive in Hatfield

According to Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman, a New York man was arrested and charged in the hit-and-run death of a Sellersville motorcyclist Thursday morning. Ernest Demetrius Cohens, 42, of the Bronx, N.Y., is charged with accidents involving death and accidents involving death while not properly licensed, according to Ferman. Terry Kriebel, 55, of Sellersville, was killed when he was allegedly hit while driving his motorcycle on Route 309 at Sterling Drive in Hatfield Township. Cohens was driving a tractor-trailer. The accident occurred at 6 a.m. and snarled traffic in both directions on Bethlehem Pike for more than four hours.
