A Montgomery Township man, who allegedly sexually assaulted a minor girl in his home and gave her marijuana and Percocet, which caused unconsciousness, waived his preliminary hearing Thursday morning in Montgomeryville district court, according to Mike Goldberg of The Reporter. Thomas A. Tucci Jr., 36, of the 200 block of Cricklewood Circle, faces a felony count of corruption of minors, two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count of indecent assault and one misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of children, according to court records. The Lansdale restaurant and bar was cited by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for selling or giving alcohol to a minor
Molly Maguire's in Lansdale was cited by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for selling alcohol to a minor in Feburary, according to an article in The Reporter. Pennsylvania State Police's Bureau of Alcohol Enforcement said Molly Maguire's sold or permitted the sale of alcohol to a 19-year-old on Feb. 9, according to the article. The state liquor law requires the offense be brought before an Administrative Law Judge, who can impose penalties up to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses. The judge can revoke or suspend a liquor license or mandate training on liquor law requirements, according to the law.

Nicole Jacques, of Hatfield, allegedly had an affair with a former 15-year-old boy, police said
A parochial school teacher from Hatfield has been charged with 20 counts of statutory rape, 20 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, 10 counts of unlawful contact with a minor and 20 counts of a corruption of minors by Hatfield Township Police Monday for an alleged affair with a 15-year-old boy. Nicole Jacques, 25, of Hatfield Village Apartments, was arraigned Monday before District Judge Harry J. Nesbitt III and remanded to Montgomery County prison in lieu of 10 percent of $50,000 cash bail. Jacques will have a preliminary hearing April 4 at 1 p.m. before District Judge Kenneth Deatelhauser. Protest groups like SNAP are urging the Archdiocese to reveal accused clergy.
Priests with ties to St. Stan's and St. Maria Goretti were on the list released by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia recently in connection with the church sex abuse scandal. A list of 21 priests who were put on administrative leave while Archdiocese officials investigate allegations of sexual abuse of minors was released this month. A grand jury report released last month stated dozens of priests remained in active ministry even though what the jury deemed credible allegations had been lodged against them. Just this week, Rigali placed two additional priests on administrative leave as part of an ongoing investigation into the child sexual abuse allegations.
