Underage Sexual Assault Charges Held Against Montgomery Man

Thomas Tucci Jr., 36, of Cricklewood Circle, is accused of giving a minor female marijuana and Percocet, and then sexually assaulting her in his home.

A Montgomery Township man, who allegedly sexually assaulted a minor girl in his home and gave her marijuana and Percocet, which caused unconsciousness, waived his preliminary hearing Thursday morning in Montgomeryville district court, according to Mike Goldberg of The Reporter. Thomas A. Tucci Jr., 36, of the 200 block of Cricklewood Circle, faces a felony count of corruption of minors, two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count of indecent assault and one misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of children, according to court records. Towamencin Sisters Accused of Oxycodone Dealing

Ebony Slocum, 32, and Darrina Slocum, 34, of the 100 block of Berwick Place, were arrested by Lansdale Police and Towamencin Township Police for allegedly selling Oxycodone and Percocet from their home, after a three-year investigation

After a nearly three-year investigation, Lansdale Police and Towamencin Township Police have arrested and charged two sisters for allegedly dealing Oxycodone and Percocet from their Berwick Place home in Chatham Village in Towamencin. Darrina Slocum, 34, and Ebony Slocum, 32, of the 100 block of Berwick Place, face numerous felony drug dealing charges stemming from a November 2012 incident, police said. Darrina Slocum is free on $10,000 unsecured bail, set by District Judge Harold Borek, according to court records.  Darrina has a preliminary hearing March 14 at 1:15 p.m. in Lansdale. Quakertown Man Pleads Guilty to Forged Prescription at Hatfield Rite Aid

A Quakertown man was sentenced to a maximum of 23 months in Montgomery County prison Wednesday after pleading guilty to forging a prescription at the Rite Aid in Hatfield Township in July. Issac Green, 34, of the 200 block of South Eleventh Street, pleaded guilty to a felony count of criminal attempt to commit forgery, according to Carl Hessler Jr. of North Penn Life. The plea agreement was accepted by Judge Steven T. O’Neill, who also ordered Green to complete three years’ probation after parole, according to the article. Green dropped off a prescription for Percocet on July 25 at the Rite Aid on North Broad Street, which was in the name of a Philadelphia woman, according to the report. Hearing Against Convenience Store Robbery Suspect Continued, Drug Charges Upheld

The preliminary hearing against 2011 convenience store robbery suspect Jurell Smalls, 20, was continued by District Judge Harold Borek Tuesday, due to a court-certified Bengali interpreter not assigned to the hearing. Borek chastised Lansdale Police and the Montgomery County prosecutor's office for not notifying Lansdale district court 38-1-28 that an official interpreter was needed for the hearing. Montgomery County ADA Heather Levandoski called victim Abdul Chowdhury and another Bengali man to the stand, but were stopped by Borek.
