A Quakertown man was sentenced to a maximum of 23 months in Montgomery County prison Wednesday after pleading guilty to forging a prescription at the Rite Aid in Hatfield Township in July. Issac Green, 34, of the 200 block of South Eleventh Street, pleaded guilty to a felony count of criminal attempt to commit forgery, according to Carl Hessler Jr. of North Penn Life. The plea agreement was accepted by Judge Steven T. O’Neill, who also ordered Green to complete three years’ probation after parole, according to the article. Green dropped off a prescription for Percocet on July 25 at the Rite Aid on North Broad Street, which was in the name of a Philadelphia woman, according to the report.
