Felony Charges Held in Towamencin Teen's Alleged Child Rape Case

Rasheed J. Adams-Smith, 19, of Brunswick Court, is charged with rape of a child and more for alleged incidents that occurred since 2009 in Towamencin Township and Ambler Borough, when the girl was still in Pull-Ups.

A Towamencin teen heads to Montgomery County court on numerous felony charges related to numerous alleged rapes of a girl under the age of nine, following a preliminary hearing in Lansdale District Court last week. Rasheed J. Adams-Smith, 19, of the 200 block of Brunswick Court in the Morgandale development in Towamencin, is charged with: Adams-Smith had his bail reduced from $500,000 cash to $99,000 cash bail at his preliminary hearing before District Judge Harold Borek, according to court records. Norristown Man Charged With Sexual Assault of Children in Lansdale

Sean Rahatt, 41, is facing more than 100 felony and misdemeanor charges for what police say was the repeated sexual assault of young children in Lansdale, Norristown and Collegeville.

A Norristown man is being held in county prison on $99,000 bail after being arrested and charged with the repeated sexual assault of multiple young victims in Lansdale, Norristown and Collegeville. According to an affidavit of probable cause, 41-year-old Sean Rahatt allegedly sexually assaulted the juveniles, who were under the age of 13, on multiple occasions over a 12-year period. The incidents are said to have occurred in Norristown, Collegeville and Lansdale over that time period. According to the affidavit, Rahatt allegedly told a witness that he had been abused prior and was "reenacting his past." Minor Sexually Assaulted by Elderly MontCo Man, DA Says

Joseph Budick, 85, of Plymouth Township, allegedly sexually assaulted the girl between 2005-2008.

  A Plymouth Township man was arrested Thursday on charges of sexually abusing a female minor between the years of 2005 and 2008 at his home, according to Plymouth Township Police Chief Joseph Lawrence and Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman. Joseph Budick, 85, of Shasta Road in Plymouth Township, stands accused of sexually abusing the girl between the years of 2005-2008, police said. Alleged Lansdale Child Rapist Heads to Trial

Samuel Benjamin Arthur, 41, of an apartment on the 300 block of York Avenue, allegedly repeatedly sexually assaulted a 5-year-old girl in December 2011 while she lived at his apartment.

A Lansdale man charged with 54 offenses—including 11 felonies— in the alleged repeated rape of a 5-year-old girl in December 2011 waived all charges against him to Montgomery County trial last week in Lansdale District Court, according to Michael Goldberg of The Reporter. Samuel Benjamin Arthur, 41, of an apartment on the 300 block of York Avenue, is charged with, to name a few offenses, two felony counts of rape of a child; two felony counts of rape by forcible compulsion; two felony counts of statutory sexual assault; and five felony counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child, according to court records. Underage Sexual Assault Charges Held Against Montgomery Man

Thomas Tucci Jr., 36, of Cricklewood Circle, is accused of giving a minor female marijuana and Percocet, and then sexually assaulting her in his home.

A Montgomery Township man, who allegedly sexually assaulted a minor girl in his home and gave her marijuana and Percocet, which caused unconsciousness, waived his preliminary hearing Thursday morning in Montgomeryville district court, according to Mike Goldberg of The Reporter. Thomas A. Montco DA Assists in Arrest for NJ Sexual Assault

A man was taken into custody in Montgomery County Friday for a September sexual assault case.

Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman was instrumental in helping solve a New Jersey sexual assault case from September. A man was arrested on Friday in conjunction with a sexual assault case which occurred last fall in Stone Harbor, N.J. Girl, 16, Testifies About Alleged Trysts With 22-Year-Old Towamencin Man

A 16-year-old girl took the stand at a preliminary hearing inside the courtroom of Judge Harold Borek in Lansdale Thursday morning and testified about alleged trysts with her friend’s 21-year-old brother that began in Panama and ended in Dock Village in Towamencin over a three-month period. Julius Demetrius V continues to be accused of 35 sex crimes, including 10 felony counts of statutory rape and three new charges of felony involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, as he heads to county arraignment October 24. 21-Year-Old Towamencin Man Arrested for Statutory Rape

Towamencin Township Police have arrested Julius Demetrius V, 21, of the 100 block of Community Drive in Dock Village, following an investigation of a reported ongoing sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl, police said. Demetrius V faces 40 felonies and 10 misdemeanors associated with sexual assault of a minor. Police said Demetrius V had sexual intercourse with the girl between April and July 2012, and some incidents occurred at his home. Demetrius V is charged with the following, according to court records: Demetrius V was arraigned August 7 before District Judge Harold Borek of Lansdale and committed to Montgomery County Prison in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, police said.
