Timothy Patrick Dunigan IV, 19, of Lansdale, is charged with 28 felony and five misdemeanor offenses, allegedly committed between 2006 and October 2012.
A Lansdale teenager charged with 33 criminal offenses — including 28 felonies — involving the alleged statutory rape and indecent assault of a teenage girl that began when she was eight or nine years old, and he was 12 years old, in June 2006, waived his hearing last week in Blue Bell District Court. Dunigan IV now heads to trial at Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. The waiving of a preliminary hearing before District Judge Robert Sobeck meant the alleged victim did not need to testify, according to Bradley Schlegel of The Reporter. A Towamencin man turned himself into police, and another resident remains at large, on charges of felony insurance fraud in the township. Ian Jared Crotzer, 30, of the 100 block of Monroe Drive, Towamencin, in the Towamencin Condominiums development, turned himself into Towamencin Township Police on November 29, police said. Sterling Dustin Hall Jr., 33, aka Dawson Mullin, is wanted by police and his current whereabouts are unknown, police said. Hall Jr. had a last known address of the 1000 block of Winfield Court in Morgandale in Towamencin. Towamencin Township Police have arrested Julius Demetrius V, 21, of the 100 block of Community Drive in Dock Village, following an investigation of a reported ongoing sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl, police said. Demetrius V faces 40 felonies and 10 misdemeanors associated with sexual assault of a minor. Police said Demetrius V had sexual intercourse with the girl between April and July 2012, and some incidents occurred at his home.
