I'm just throwing this out here for discussion. Has there ever been an effort - or are their laws or local ordinances that require - homeowners, property managers, townships, etc. to access the health and "utility threat" of mature or dying/decaying trees? I have seen utility companies cutting back trees along roads and through "rights of way" (where the utility controls land around power lines…   more ›
